Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bella & Faye pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days, provided they are:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Free from damage, marks or signs of wear

• Returned with their original packaging where applicable

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, please email orders@bellaandfaye.co.za with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@bellaandfaye.co.za.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item costs more, the difference will need to be paid before the exchange is processed. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at orders@bellaandfaye.co.za as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you.

Faulty items will be assessed and, where applicable, repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with your rights under South African consumer law.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 30-day period provided the item meets the return conditions above. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Sale items, personalised items and items that have been worn or damaged may be subject to different return conditions.
